The Music

The soundtrack to the film is primarily made up of songs written and recorded by Brendan Bayliss of the renowned Chicago improvisational sextet Umphrey's McGee. Bayliss, a longtime friend of both Bob Lud and Chris Mignanelli, penned the lyrics to nine original songs based upon themes provided to him by Migs. The tracks were then recorded with the assistance of Umphrey's sound caresser Kevin Browning. The resulting compositions provide a beautiful and indispensible accompaniment to the narrative.

Additional tracks come from another long-time collaborator of Migs', San Diego singer/songwriter Matt Curreri. Curreri's unique tone and inimitable vocals serve as the background for some of the film's most poignant scenes.
